Mary Lou Kachnowski, Corporate Secretary
Mary Lou Kachnowski has been with BES and its predecessor companies since 1987. Ms. Kachnowski has been involved in organizational legal compliance, corporate document and contract maintenance, project development support, REC sale administration, and administrative servicing and HR supervision for the company. She is the Secretary for BES and all subsidiaries. She has assisted with the creation of marketing materials and Board presentations and is a liaison with various industry associations. Prior to joining BES, she served in administrative positions with universities and in the insurance industry. Ms. Kachnowski attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with an A.A. from White Pines College. |
